User Guide:

1. Meeting preparation:
 

      1、Incoming style meeting: participants dial the access number, enter the password, to join the meeting.

          Access number: more than 40 countries international (Toll-free) access number

      2、Outbound-style meeting: host call out participants quickly through the WEB page and outbound phone calls.

 

      3、Reservation style meeting: host can make an appointment through the WEB page, the meeting will be hold
         automatically.

 

      4、Assisted Conference: host can press * to online customer service, to add new participants at any time during the
          meeting.

 

2.  The Meeting
 

          1、Phone shortcut keys to control meeting: the host through the telephone keypad, you can quickly and easily
             implement the operation and control of the meeting, providing the phone shortcut key operation, easy to
             remember.

         *3:Private registration form                *4:All quiet                                            *5:After the host leave whether the meeting to continue
